How to Find the IP Address
Pick up the handset and dial out “**90#” to obtain the IP Address of the phone.
The IP Address will be played back to you.
How to Find the MAC Address
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "admin" by default.
On the main page you can now see the MAC Address of the phone.
How to Set the Configuration Server
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "admin" by default.
Click on the “Upgrade” tab at the top, then “Advanced” under Upgrade.
Define the URL to your PBX, which is generally an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the “Confirm” button at the bottom.
How to Restore to Factory Default
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "admin" by default.
Click on the "Upgrade" tab at the top.
Click the "Reset" button next to the "Reset to Factory Setting" option.

How to Find the IP & MAC Addresses
Press the “Menu” button.
Select option 1, which is "Status.”
You will now be shown the IP & MAC Addresses.

Press the “Menu” button.
Select option 3, which is "Settings.”
Select option 2, which is "Advanced Settings.”
Then enter the admin password, which is "admin" by default.
Select option 8, which is "Auto Provision.”
Enter the IP or FQDN of the PBX and press “Save."
How to Restore to Factory Default
Press the “Menu” button.
Select option 3, which is "Settings.”
Select option 2, which is "Advanced Settings.”
Then enter the admin password, which is "admin" by default.
Scroll down and select option 5, which is "Reset to Factory.” Press “OK” to confirm and the phone will now reboot and perform a factory reset.

Lastly, populate the “Server URL” field to your PBX. Generally this would be an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the “Confirm” button at the bottom when you are finished.

Next scroll to option 6, “Reset to factory settings.” Press “Enter and a message will display warning you that this action will reset your device to factory settings. Press ”Ok.”

Next scroll to option 8, “Reset&Reboot.”
Option 1 is “Reset to Factory” and should already be highlighted. Then press “Enter.”
Use the “Switch” button to set the Reset Option to “Full Reset.” Then press the “Save” button. A warning will then show on the screen asking you to “Reset to Factory?” To proceed with this process, press “OK.”

Select the option “Reset to Factory,” choose your Reset Option at the top and then press the “Reset” button in red.
A warning will then show on the screen asking you to “Reset to Factory?” To proceed with this process, press “OK.”

Lastly, populate the “Provisioning Server” field to your PBX. Generally this would be an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the “Confirm” button at the bottom when you are finished.

Press OK to enter the main menu.
Select “Settings” and then scroll down to “System Settings.”
Next, press “Handset Reset. You will then be prompted to reset the handset to default settings. Press the Yes soft key to reset the device or press the No soft key to cancel.
