Add patch for queue pause hints in Asterisk 11. Without this their is no way to have a BLF subscribe to your current pause state in app_queue. (Standard in Asterisk 13+)
Add patch for new DAHDI Plug and Play that was put into Asterisk 12 that has been backported into our Asterisk 11.6+ or greater release. (Standard in Asterisk 13+)
Voicemail BLF Buttons with res_mwi_blf.so- Subscribe a BLF button to Monitor a Voicemail Box
