XactView V3-Action Buttons

 

Action buttons are at the top of your screen. They allow you to quickly interact with the active call you are talking with or place different types of calls.

  • The different types of actions you can do are as followed:

    • Call- Lets you place a call to any other user, extension or external phone number.

    • Transfer- Lets you transfer any call you have to any other user, extension or external phone number.

    • Hold- Lets you put any call you have on hold.

    • Hangup- Lets you hangup any call you have.

    • Park- Lets you park any call you have.

    • Conference-Allows you to create a temporary conference room on the fly and transfer other callers or users into the conference room.

    • Queue- Allows you to pause, unpause, login or logout of any queue on the system.

       

  • Call

    • To place a call press the Action Call Button.

    • From here you can pick which Extension your user should place a call from. It will use your default extension for your user by default. You can type in the Destination box any users, extension number or external phone number you wish to call. To place the call press the Call button at the bottom.

       

  • Transfer

    • To transfer a call on your extension press the transfer button.

    • From here you can pick which call you would like to transfer under the Call section and type in the Destination box any users, extension number or external phone number you wish to transfer the call to. Press the Transfer button when done to initiate the transfer. To set what type of transfer you would like to do see the preference section.

       

  • Hold

    • To put a caller on hold press the Hold button.

    • Pick which caller from the list you want to put on hold and press hold button when done.

  • Hangup

    • To hangup on a caller press the Hangup button.

    • Pick which caller from the list you want to hangup with and press the hangup button.

  • Park

    • To place a caller on park press the Park button.

    • On the left side pick which caller you want to park and on the right side pick which parking lot you want to send the caller to and press the park button.

  • Conference

    • Allows you to create a temporary conference room on the fly.

    • Give your temporary conference room a name and pick any of the options for the conference that you would like enabled and press the create button.

       

  • Queue

    • Pressing the Queues button will allow you to Pause, UnPause or Logout of any queue.

    • From here we can pick which extension we want to set a queue action for on the left side of the window.

       

    • We can then pick any of the following options:

      • Pause All- This will pause any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in all queues.

      • Unpause All- This will Unpause any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in all queues.

      • Logout All- This will Logout any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in all queues.

      • Logout- This will Logout any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in any queue highlighted on the right side of the window.

      • Login- This will Login any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in any queue highlighted on the right side of the window.

      • Pause- This will Pause any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in any queue highlighted on the right side of the window.

      • UnPause- This will Unpause any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in any queue highlighted on the right side of the window.

      • Set Penalty- This will set the Agent Penalty of any extension highlighted on the left side of the window in any queue highlighted on the right side of the window.
