PBX Platforms - XactView V3-Queue Calls Widget

The Queue Calls widget displays all calls waiting in the queue.

Properties

• Position- The position of the caller in the queue.

• Caller ID- The caller ID name and number of the call waiting in the queue.

• Duration- The time the call has spent waiting on hold in the queue.

Drag and Drop

Calls can be dropped on the Queue Calls widget in order to transfer that call to the queue. You can also drag and drop calls from the Queue Calls widget to other locations in the panel in order to transfer calls away from the queue to other places in the system.
