Settings that relate to your Fax Trunks can be set and controlled here.

How to Navigate to Trunk Section

• Log into the eFax Portal at http://fax.sipstation.com 

• Click the Trunks item in the navigation menu.

  • Settings

    • Settings for each Fax Trunk associated with your account. 

  • Auto Delete

    • Set on a per-DID or per-port basis, this is how long we should store faxes the eFax Portal (1 to 12 months).

  • Emails

    • Ability to have faxes sent to your email box on a per-DID basis.
