Support Contract-Expired
Report exposed to Sangoma Certified Resellers and Customers.
Will show all currently Expired Support Contract on any product that you have purchased a Support Contract for and when it expired.
Go to the Reports Section of the Sangoma Portal and click on List.
Locate the Support Contract-Expired and click on the View icon
You will see a list of all Support Contracts that are Expired.
You can click on the Deployment or Hardware ID field to be taken to the information screen on the Deployment or Hardware item.
You can view the date purchased and date the Support Contract Expired and what SKU was purchased.
