Support Contract-Expiring Next 30 Days
Report exposed to Sangoma Certified Resellers and Customers.
Will show all currently active Support Contracts on any product that you have purchased a Support Contract for and when it expires but filtered to only show you any that will expire in the next 30 days.
Go to the Reports Section of the Sangoma Portal and click on List.
Locate the Support Contract-Expiring Next 30 Days and click on the View icon
You will see a list of all Support Contracts that are active.
You can click on the Deployment or Hardware ID field to be taken to the information screen on the Deployment or Hardware item.
You can view the date purchased and date the Support Contract expires and what SKU was purchased.
