Support Contract-Expired

  • Report exposed to Sangoma Certified Resellers and Customers.

  • Will show all currently Expired Support Contract on any product that you have purchased a Support Contract for and when it expired.

  • Go to the Reports Section of the Sangoma Portal and click on List.

  • Locate the Support Contract-Expired and click on the View icon

  • You will see a list of all Support Contracts that are Expired.

    • You can click on the Deployment or Hardware ID field to be taken to the information screen on the Deployment or Hardware item.

    • You can view the date purchased and date the Support Contract Expired and what SKU was purchased.
