Please provide below logs/information also along with usual FreePBX support logs while reporting any issue in VQ Plus commercial module.

 

  1. /var/log/asterisk/qcallback_out.log  log file

  2. Database dump of below table 

    mysql table dump  mysqldump asterisk --no-create-info vqplus_callback_calls > callback_calls_tables.sql
