Switchvox - How to set up a failover provider through Switchvox
If you have multiple providers set up on a system, you can set up your call rules to send out a different path when your primary provider fails for some reason. In order to configure this, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Setup -> Call Routing -> Outgoing calls
Select Modify next to an outgoing call rule
Under Call Through, click Add Failover Call Through Provider
Select the desired provider from the drop down
Click Save Outgoing Call Rule
Perform these steps for all rules which need to go through the failover in the event of an issue.
