Switchvox - How do I transfer a call from a converged phone to another extension?

Note: This will not work on Switchvox versions 6.6 and higher. As of version 6.6, Additional Phones replaced Converged Phones.

To transfer a call from a converged phone to another system extension you will need to access the In Call Menu by pressing **.

Once you have dialed into the In Call Menu press the # key for options.
Then press 1 to enter the transfer menu.
If you want to perform a blind transfer, then press 2 and enter the system extension number you wish to send the call to.
If you want to perform an assisted transfer then press 1, then enter the SIP extension you wish to transfer the call to and press **1 to complete the transfer.
