Switchvox - How do I transfer a call from a converged phone to another extension?

Note: This will not work on Switchvox versions 6.6 and higher.

To transfer a call from a converged phone to another system extension you will need to access the In Call Menu by pressing **.

Once you have dialed into the In Call Menu press the # key for options.
Then press 1 to enter the transfer menu.
If you want to perform a blind transfer then press 2 and enter the system extension number you wish to send the call to.
If you want to perform an assisted transfer then press 1 , then enter the SIP extension you wish to transfer the call to and press **1 to complete the transfer.
