Switchvox - How do I reboot a Feature Pack phone from the Administrative Interface of the Switchvox
PLEASE NOTE: Only Polycom and SNOM phones, registered with a Phone Feature Pack, can be rebooted from the Switchvox Administrative Interface.
Navigate to Setup-Phone Feature Packs
Select the Configured Phones tab (Please refer to the image below steps 2-5)
Locate the phone/ext that needs to be rebooted in the list
Place a checkmark next to the phone by double clicking the box in the first column next to the located phone/ext
Select the Reboot Checked Phones button, the select Yes.
