TeamHub V3.3 Release Notes - October 1st, 2024

The following features are available for TeamHub:

• User Interface Enhancements:

  • Web & Desktop:

    • The 'Offline' option has been removed from the User Status menu. This option will also be removed in a future release of the Sangoma Teamhub Mobile App.

    • The Settings and Integrations menus have been reorganized into a single icon with an easy-to-navigate sub-menus.

• Sangoma SMS Improvements:

  • Users will now see a notification alert in TeamHub Web and Desktop if their phone number is not registered in a 10DLC campaign. Sagoma SMS Mobile App will also provide these notifications in a future release.

• @ASKSangoma AI Bot:

  • The @ASKSangoma AI Bot is now available to assist with questions about Sangoma products, providing fast and accurate responses drawn from Sangoma product knowledge stored in the Sangoma KB. Information on how to interact with @ASKSangoma is available in ASK Sangoma User Guide
