Sending Voicemail to Multiple E-Mail Addresses

If you are using the FreePBX Distro / PBXact / Sangoma PBX 5.211.65-X or greater, we have patched Asterisk to allow setting more than one email address for the voicemail-to-email feature.

To enter multiple e-mail addresses:

• Go to Applications → Extensions

• Click on the edit button  for the desired extension.

• Click on the Voicemail tab.

• For Email Address, enter the e-mail addresses separated by commas (,).

  Open

  

• Click the Submit button.

• Click the Apply Config button.

Now, any time a voicemail is left for this extension, the message will be sent to all of the e-mail addresses entered.
