Extended Warranty-Active

  • Report exposed to Sangoma Certified Resellers and Customers.

  • Will show all currently active Extended Warranties on any product that you have purchased a Extended Warranty for and when it expires.

  • Go to the Reports Section of the Sangoma Portal and click on List.

  • Locate the Extended Warranty-Active and click on the View icon



  • You will see a list of all Extended Warranties that are active.

    • You can click on the Deployment or Hardware ID field to be taken to the information screen on the Deployment or Hardware item.

    • You can view the date purchased and date the Extended Warranty expires and what SKU was purchased.
