EventView Properties
Â
Â
The EventView Properties object can be utilized to configure a specific Day Of Week and Time of Day to upload any alarms generated by the IMG 2020, and you can also manually upload the alarms by pushing buttons on this pane. Once the EventView alarms are uploaded, the Event Data is cleared and a new Event Data is started. The uploaded file uses the .csv (Comma Separated Values) format that can be opened as a spreadsheet for viewing and manipulation. The location of the uploaded file is:
For standalone IMG 2020 : SD Card in folder named "events"
For IMG 2020 controlled by EMS : EMS in directory "/opt/dialogic/export/events"
When operating in standalone mode, the IMG 2020 will upload the .csv file to the SD Card at the configured time. Because of limited space on the SD card, up to four individual .csv files will be saved. Once the four files have been uploaded, any new files uploaded would operate as a First In First Out (FIFO) scenario. The newest file loaded would overwrite the oldest file in the directory.
