Module Backup/Restore Method Implementation

This is a fwconsole ma list from my development server. This may not be a complete list and may be missing many of the commercial modules.

fwconsole bu --implemented will list modules it detects as working.

Modules will have a "Backup.php" and "Restore.php" class in the modules root directory.
