Emergency Service (Australia)

This is for Fonality Connect Australia customers only.

Your extension must be personalized first before setting your emergency service information with Fonality Connect.

Emergency Service Setup 

Access the Emergency Service page by clicking Extensions and emergency service.

Press the edit icon next to an extension to update the Emergency Service address information.

Emergency Service Address  

Fill out the name and all required address fields.
The address needs to be the physical address of the location of where the IP phone is located.  

After you input all required fields, press the Update My Information button to process your Emergency Service address with your extension and DID.
