Fonality - Voice Prompts

You can view, edit, re-record, or delete any existing voice prompt at any time.

1. Click on AutoAnswer --> voice prompts

2. Click any of the icons under the Play, Delete, Save, or Re-record next to any voice prompt in order to execute the action clicked.

3. If you click Re-record, a window appears prompting you to type in a phone number or extension.  PBXtra calls you at the number/extension entered.  Follow the voice prompts over the phone in order to re-record the prompt.

4. Clicking the actual File Name opens the file for playback.
