Update my contact information - How do I?

  1. Click on Options --> customer

  2. Fill in your Company Details in section 1

  3. Fill in the Primary point of contact for the PBXtra in section 2.  If your company employs more than one administrator, Fonality recommends creating an email distribution list and using the email address you create in lieu of an individual's email address.  Fonality uses the email address you supply to communicate with you regarding support tickets and/or important product announcements/updates.  Please ensure the email address you provide is valid or you may not receive Fonality correspondence.

  4. Fill in your complete mailing address.  Fonality uses this address to ship you products or replacements should any part within your system be defective.  Without a valid mailing address, products will not arrive in a timely fashion.

  5. Click 'Apply All Changes'
