  1. We send you an e-mail titled:
    [Fonality Ticket #NNNNNNN] Important Information Regarding the Activation of your Fonality PBX

  2. Please call 877-FONALITY (366-2548) option 5 (AU customers please call 02 8484 2601) to speak with a Customer Care engineer to schedule your training appointment.

  3. You will need your Server ID number, which is usually 4-6 digits and can be found in several places:

    1. Part of the username in the Web Admin login credentials that were e-mailed to you (or included in the envelope taped to the side of your PBX).

    2. In the subject of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.

    3. Depending on where you purchased your PBX, it may be printed on the front of the server as "Server ID: NNNN".
