Fix for Partial HUDweb Screen Displaying

Fix for Partial HUDweb Screen Displaying

Issue: Unable to see the whole HUDweb screen

Impact: Mostly Allstate customers using Internet Explorer.

Cause: Allstate's Internet Explorer has customized security settings causing some of the contents of HUDweb not to display properly.

Resolution:

  1. From your Internet Explorer click on the gear icon on the top right of your browser. And then click on Internet Options.

  2. From the Internet Options window click on the Security tab, and then on the list of Icons click Trusted Sites, and the click on the Sites button.

  3. Once you are on the Trusted Sites window, uncheck the box that says "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone. Next on the Add sites to this zone field type in *.fonality.com and then click the Add button.

  4. Click Close on the Trusted Sites window, Click Apply and then Click CLose on the Internet Options window.

  5. Close your Internet Explorer browser to save the changes.

  6. Open up Internet Explorer and when you login to HUDweb you should now be able to see all of the contents of the site.
