I cannot login to HUD

  1. Click Options --> settings

  2. Scroll down until you see HUD Server Enabled - make sure this option is set to 'yes'

  3. In your HUD client - click on File --> settings

  4. Click on Connection from the new window

  5. Enter your Web Username and Web Password

  6. Click Default at the bottom of the window

  7. Click Apply

  8. Click Close

 

HUD should try to re-connect.  If your HUD client still cannot connect, make sure you have an active Internet connection by opening a web browser window and navigating to any web site.

 

Remote HUD Connections:

HUD client requires TCP port 5222 in order to connect with HUD server.  Please contact your Network Administrator if you are remote and cannot connect to HUD.
