Forgotten Password

General

Admin Panel vs. User Panel

HUD requires a Web Username and Web Password in order to log in. This is not your Admin Password which starts with "fonality", "admin" or "tbadmin." This is the "Web Username" and "Web Password" associated with your extension in the web interface.

The Admin Panel allows the PBX Admin to modify things like call menus, music-on-hold, and other features.

The User Panel allows users to check their voicemail, call logs, and set call forwarding on their extension.

Both Admin and User Panel's are located at PBXtra .

Default Username

The default username for your extension is in the format SERVERID_EXTENSION. For example, if you were extension 1234 on server 5678 your Web Username would be "1234_5678".
