Why can't I see my Queues?

If you purchased the HUD Queues module, but you the Queues option is greyed out within the View menu - you haven't yet assigned the View Queues permission to your group.

  1. Login to your Admin Panel

  2. Click on Extensions --> groups

  3. Select your group (or the group of people who should be able to see Queues - this is typically ACD Agents and/or ACD Managers)

  4. Add the ACD -- view queues permission under User Permissions

  5. Click Update Group
