Why can't I see my Queues?
If you purchased the HUD Queues module, but you the Queues option is greyed out within the View menu - you haven't yet assigned the View Queues permission to your group.
Login to your Admin Panel
Click on Extensions --> groups
Select your group (or the group of people who should be able to see Queues - this is typically ACDÂ Agents and/or ACDÂ Managers)
Add the ACD -- view queues permission under User Permissions
Click Update Group
