Personal Window

The Personal Window within HUD3 provides information about your current call status, a Message Waiting Indicator for voicemail, quick access to on-the-fly recording, the ability to place a caller on hold, Queue login/logout status, and online/offline plus custom status messages viewable by other employees in your organization.
