Explain Auto-Fill within a queue. 8.How would you resolve a user being unable to receive "call waiting"? 9.Name at least two areas on the AP where you can find what device a user currently has selected as their "default device". 10. Does a GS (Generic SIP) support the TLS option via the AP? 11.Can each site have their own unique entry menu (a menu that only calls for numbers that belong to that site), if so, where / how do you set that up? 12.What is a ZTP Admin, and is this a "global" or "site" specific setting? 13.Where do you configure "HUD web launcher" URL's for CRM (web URL based) so users can have their clients "auto-loaded" when receiving / answering a call? 14.Explain what a KLH user / license is. 15.Do departments appear in MyHUD / HUDweb? 16.Can default "key codes" (codes used to access various features of the system) be changed and/or customized? If so, is this a "global" setting, or "site/user" specific? 17.When you change a users' extension number within the AP, does the phone require a reboot (as a default step)? 18.Where would you go on the AP to find out user / admin activities and changes? 19.Where do you find the current version of the AP / CY platform? 20.When new phone numbers are added to the AP via an "add-on" order, which site are these automatically assigned to? 21.
