Are Fonality's products HIPAA or PCI complaint?

No, because products themselves cannot be compliant. Instead, businesses are measured on compliance and the ways in which our products are used vary from business to business. 

We have customers today that maintain HIPAA and PCI-complaint businesses while also using Fonality's products.  Customers make a number of security decisions relative to their own business needs in order to achieve these types of compliance and we understand that each company needs to complete their due diligence with respect to all their supporting systems. 

We will be happy to respond to specific questions related to Fonality product features, but we do not provide compliance advice or service to customers.
