We send you an e-mail titled:
[Fonality Ticket #NNNNNNN] Important Information Regarding the Activation of your Fonality PBXPlease call 877-FONALITY option 7 to speak with a technician to schedule your training appointment.
You will need your Server ID number, which is usually 4-6 digits and can be found in several places:
Part of the username in the Web Admin login credentials that were e-mailed to you (or included in the envelope taped to the side of your PBX).
In the subject of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.
Depending on where you purchased your PBX, it may be printed on the front of the server as "Server ID: NNNN".
