Login to the User Panel via cp.fonality.com
Click on the Features tab
Click on FindMe with Boomerang Mobile Integration
Decide when callers should be able to find you:
Always - your FindMe settings will always be respected - only whitelisted callers will be able to find you.
using a schedule - whitelisted callers will only be able to find you during the hours you specify using the scheduler.
using a schedule and HUD status - whitelisted callers will only be able to find you during the hours you specify using the scheduler only when you are marked as 'away' in HUD.
Configure the How to FindMe section with as many steps as you wish. Please pay special attention to which steps are And then: and which steps are At the same time: as this will have a large impact on how your FindMe settings work.Â
Configure the Who can FindMe :: White List. Add all individuals who should be able to find you to the "Contacts that can FindMe" section. NOTE: you can absolutely add external numbers. Click the "Add external phone number" link to begin.
(Optional) Configure your VIP list to allow certain individuals (family/friends) to find you outside of the hours specified by the scheduler.
Click "Apply All Changes"

FindMe Options
call my extension: Rings you at your main extension
call other extension: Rings you at any extension you specify (great for Executive Assistants)
call my mobile: Rings your mobile phone (you must first specify a phone number within your profile)
call external number: Rings any external number that you choose
enable call screening: Prompts the caller to say his or her name. The recorded name will be played to you before you actually answer the callÂ
disable call screening: Turns off the option above
forward to my voicemail: Sends the caller to your main extension's voicemail box
forward to other voicemail: Sends the caller to any voicemail box that you specify
notify caller that I'm being located: Plays a pre-recorded message to the caller notifying them that PBXtra is attempting to find you
overwrite caller ID name: Changes the actual caller ID into a name of your choosing (e.g. 'From Office')
