New Feature :: Calendar-based Scheduling Many customers wanted a way to have custom schedules for specific dates on a calendar. Now you can make your call menu do something specific (and spooky) on just October 31st.
New Feature :: Night Mode Using *66 (*NM, standing for Night Mode) or the Options->settings page, you can now enable and disable night mode! To control how night mode works, use the sequence "Go to submenu/ext. when in Night Mode" from the call menu. So, have your office manager dial 3 keys on their phone and your Call Menu will go to work so you can go to sleep.
New Feature :: Linked Company Directory Company Directory will now show names of users from all of your linked branch offices instead of just your local office.

This is useful in cases where your carrier may cut off the first few seconds of audio when someone calls in, so adding a "Play Ringing" sequence for 2 seconds will simply add, at maximum, 2 seconds of ringing when callers dial in rather than possibly cutting off part of a voice prompt.
New Feature :: Change Extension Numbers On-the-fly Want to change your extension number and not call support or jump through hoops? Well, now you can! If you are using Aastra, Cisco, or Polycom, the process is now simple. Just use your Web Admin Panel to assign your phone a new extension number and then reboot your phone. The new extension number even reads correctly on your LCD screen!
New Feature :: Automatic Phone Dial-plans Dial plans are now pushed to your individual phones. This means that your phone will correctly figure out the difference between when you are dialing an extension and a phone number. It will better understand the difference between a local and long-distance call. All in all, this means that you don't have to edit the dial plan of every individual phone anymore. The Admin Panel will do it for you when you update or add an extension! Let your phone do the thinking, you just do the dialing.

New Feature :: Ability to Allow Keypresses and Extensions to Overlap Some customers may wish to allow their call menus' keypresses to overlap with their extensions. For example, you may want to have a keypress "7" and an extension of "7000". This is normally problematic because the system will not know whether a caller is trying to reach extension 7000 or keypress 7 when they dial "7", so it will wait 3 seconds for the caller to dial additional numbers before going to a submenu. This is not recommended and should only be used if necessary. You can enable this from the Options->settings page.
New Feature :: Opt Out of Call Reporting Users now have the ability to opt out of call reporting from the Options->settings page. This feature simply prevents our systems from polling your system for your call records, but also prevents the Reporting and ACD->reports sections from working as our systems provide this data.
New Feature :: Web Based Ticket Submission We've added the ability to create bug, suggestion and support tickets directly from the Admin and User Panels! Simply click the bug, suggestion, or support icons at the bottom right of the page and quickly fill out the form to submit a ticket.

Bug Fix :: Updating Extensions When updating an extension and enabling voicemail, if you have an error that is returned on the following page, you would not be able to properly enable voicemail. This bug has been resolved and you will now be prohibited from updating before resolving any errors.
Bug Fix :: VoIP Description Picking JunctionIAX or JunctionSIP was not setting the description to 'jnctn'. Now when you select either Junction account you will receive an alert that the description needs to be 'jnctn' followed by automatically setting the field to 'jnctn'.

Bug Fix :: Changing Extension Phone Devices When changing the phone device for an extension and having an error, such as not specifying a username, the phone device would not completely get assigned to the new extension. Bug Fix :: Dialing Voicemail Groups with One Member Previously, when you would dial a voicemail group with only one member, you would hear the unavailable message of the member. Now, you will only hear the system's default unavailable message even if there is only one member. When dialing the user directly, you will still properly hear their unavailable message.
