Description: When downgrading or updating your software you may encounter an issue where some of the Rapid Dial Keys on a D-Series phone appear blank. Usually this is the second through sixth line keys. This may be caused by an issue with the phones configuration file causing it to mismatch the BLF and Rapid Dial functions.
