A-Phone Setup - Manage Contacts Manually

Managing A-Series Phones Contacts Manually

Configuration:

1. Using you A-Series Phone, select Menu-Phonebook-Contacts.

2. Select Add, then enter the Name, Phone Number, and Ring Type and then save the contact.

3. Now you can view or edit the contact(s) under Phonebook-Contacts in the phone's menu.

Groups:

1. You can also create a Contacts Group that you can add existing or new contacts to by navigating to Menu-Phonebooks-Groups.

2. In the Groups menu click Add, then enter the name of your Group and choose the Ringtone you would like to use when members of this group place a call to your phone.

3. Once the group is created, you can add contacts directly to the Group through the Groups menu by choosing Add on the softkeys and entering the contact.

4. You can also add existing contacts to a Group by navigating to Menu-Phonebook-Contacts. Then find the contact you would like to add to the existing group and select Option, and then Groups. Navigate to the Group you would like to add the existing contact to and choose Select, then Save.
