Calendar Outlook/EWS/365 v14.0

Microsoft Exchange Web Server is a mail server and calendaring server developed by Microsoft. It runs exclusively on Windows Server operating systems.

This protocol also supports Office365

This is a read-only calendar. You can only add events on the remote calendar.

 

 

Add Remote Outlook/EWS/365 Calendar

  • Name: The name of the calendar

  • Description: The description of the calendar

  • Email (required to autodetect): The email address of the account

  • Username: Username to access the calendar

  • Password (required to autodetect): Password to access the calendar

  • EWS Server URL: The URL location of the EWS server

    • Autodetect: If you have filled in your email address and password you can use this button to autodetect Username, URL and Version

  • EWS Version: The EWS server version

  • Calendars: List of calendars which is populated once you fill in Username and Password

  • Synchronization Time: How often to sync the remote calendar with the local calendar

A minimal amount of information is needed to be filled in if the server you will be connecting too is listed in the public lookup directories

To fill in the rest of the information you will need simply hit the "Autodetect" button

 

The PBX will fill in the rest of the fields for you. 

 

Select Calendars

Once you have filled in the username, password and URL the list of calendars will automatically update.

From this list select the calendars you'd like this local calendar to sync with. "Calendar" is your personal calendar.

 

Then hit submit to save the calendar

View Calendar

To view the calendar click the eye icon 

 

You'll then see your events

 

Click any event to get more details

 

We can cross verify this with our Outlook calendar

 

 

Edit Calendar

To edit the calendar's settings click the pencil icon 

 

The same settings will be presented from when you added the calendar

 

Remove Calendar

To remove a calendar click the trash can icon
