If you are seeing the following in the freepbx_dbug.log file or when using `amportal a dbug`

[WARNING]: Licensing support disabled, but the file requires license

Verify that /etc/php.d/zendguard.ini does not have the following line or change the 1 to a 0

zend_loader.disable_licensing=1
