Business Voice - How to perform a "Drag and Drop" call transfer

Ensure the StarScope® 2 Setting - EXTENSIONS "Auto Blind Transfer on Drag & Drop" is set on your system. Click the Setting () icon (top right of screen) to check.  With a call answered on your phone move your mouse up to your extension in the Control Panel. Click and drag the icon that appears next to your phone details. Drop it to the extension of your choice to blind transfer the call.
