What’s New and Improved
Sangoma CX has been integrated with the CommUnity UCaaS platform. Current integration includes:
Use Community infrastructure to route calls from and to PSTN
Telephony interconnection between platforms through Sangoma’s Secured Network.
Manage CallerID and DID used by Sangoma CX in the CommUnity Admin Panel.
Create Sangoma CX Destinations (CX queues and CX IVR call flows) within the CommUnity Admin Panel.
Configure call routing to Sangoma CX by using the CommUnity Admin Panel IVR editor.
