Speech Analytics is now Available as part of Sangoma CX Premium tier. It processes audio recordings generating call transcriptions, summaries, and sentiment analysis. Detailed Information can be found in Sangoma CX - Speech Analytics Configuration Guide. This feature requires activation by contacting a Sangoma Sales Representative.
