How to access Sangoma CX within TeamHub

Prerequisites

Please reference the Sangoma Teamhub & Sangoma CX Integration Requirements article for the prerequisites to use this service.

How to access Sangoma CX

Click on the Sangoma CX application Icon.

Select an Extension Type.

Select an Extension.

Click the “JOIN THE QUEUE” button.

After clicking Join the Queue the Sangoma CX Agent Panel will be displayed in a new tab.
