Sangoma Teamhub & Sangoma CX Integration Requirements
Overview
Teamhub supports access to the Sangoma CX application. In order for this feature to be enabled for a TeamHub user the following Requirements must be met.
The user needs to have a Business Voice extension.
The user needs to be a TeamHub user.
The user needs to be a Sangoma CX agent.
The user needs to add their Business Voice User ID/Email Address to the Agent's user profile within Samgoma CX.
Once the Business Voice User ID/Email Address is added to the agent's CX profile, the next time the user opens TeamHub the Sangoma CX application Icon will appear in the Left Panel.
