External connection requirement to use Sangoma Desktop Client

 

1. Enable Sangoma Connect Service

To activate the Sangoma Connect service on the PBX, the PBX must be able to connect to the following IP address and port.

katanafpbx.schmoozecom.com tcp 443 connect.sangoma.com tcp 443 sng7.com tcp 80

2. Sangoma Desktop Client

The clients must be able to establish a connection with the RTAPI port (Sangoma Phone Desktop Client Service) of the PBX.
