UCP and Oracle Connector
Through UCP, we provide a Personal Dashboard for the room.
If you are alone or there's more than one guest in the same room, this page will provide lot of informations and services here.
You will see:
Your Reservation Number used for each one of guest.
Everything about your room.
A section to manage your Alarm clock
A section to send a message to the front desk from preset messages.
A section to read your personal message.s
A section to read your expenses and be allowed (or not ) to make a remote checkout.
Note :
If you want to manage your mailbox, or DND for your room, you could add the appropriate Widgets in your page.
When a checkin is done, the customer receives an email including all informations wished to connecting on his voicemail and UCP. (Need the have a valid email of course)
If you are not allowed to make a remote checkout, then a message will appear in this area. Otherwise, a message will inform you what's the state of your demand.
