Read a Message Text.
Press on the button My Room and you will show this screen.
This one provides some informations, like :
Your extension / phone number.
If you have some messages, you might consult and delete them.
If the room is clean or not (You can change this status).
Set your alarm clock.
Consult your expences and why not, pay your stay if this service is allowed or not.
When a message is coming, the LED near the button become red, and you will see how much message text you have.
Use the arrows to move on the line and press Select or Ok.
(Here, the room is shared, so the device can receive a message text for each one of guest).
This screen shows that you are in the good menu that you have selected.
Move on your message to read the content. (Here, you have a short sample. Just prress on Select or Ok to read all).
Once read, the LED become green.
You can press on Delete to remove this message and next, the screen returns to the main menu.
Consult Your Expenses
Press on Billing button.
If this one is not displayed, then press on More button.
Select the guest that you need.
And a new request will be send to Oracle PMS.
Just press on Refresh button until you get a line with Total.
The items will be displayed one by one from Oracle server.
If this is your last day and you must to pay your stay, then you can press on Check Out button.
If the service is not allowed from Oracle, you will receive a message with any status.
The Check Out process will take up to 2mn. If your account is not checked out, then please call the receptionist.
If the check out is processed succeffully, then your account will be removed on the phone. So press on My Room button to check this out.
Set your Alarm Clock.
Use the arrows and press on Change to change the value.
Once your date and time done, you can press on Save to schedule you alarm clock.
In the Main menu you will see your Alarm Clock set.
If you need to delete this one, just select an Alarm Clock that you need and press on Select button or Ok.
Send a Message Text
You can send a message text to the receptionist.
This message will be displayed on the phone like a SMS.
Press the button Send Msg
A list of the mesage will shown.
Just select one from the list and press on Ok or Select
Room Status / Housekeeping
You can press on R. Status button ans select the good state for your room.
Or dial *36 + enter a valid state.

Clean Vacant
Clean Occupied
Inspected Vacant
Inspected Occupied
