Fonality - Adjusting Call Park Duration

The duration a parked caller holds before being transferred back to the extension that originally initiated the Park function is defined within the Fonality Admin Panel.

1. Click on Options --> settings

2. Click the + symbol next to Other Settings

3. Parking Seconds can be set from 15 seconds to 600 seconds (default is 120 seconds)

4. Click Apply All Changes
