Treatment Table

The Treatment Table object creates a database consisting of any Treatment Elements created under it. Once the Treatment Table object, Treatment Element object, and Treatment Phrase objects have been configured and sent to the IMG 2020, the phrases can then be played. One example of how to configure the IMG 2020 to play a treatment would be to configure the Route Action Type field in the Route Table object to Treatment Table. When the Route Action Type is set to Treatment Table, the Treatment Element field just below it will display all the Treatment Tables created. Select the Treatment Table and that Treatment will be played when all the attributes of the routing table are met. Use the information below to create and configure the Treatment Table object.

Up to six (6) Treatment Table objects can be created per Treatment Tables object.

Field Descriptions

Treatment Table Name

The Treatment Table Name field includes is pre-populated with a default Treatment Table Name. The default name is Treatment_Table_<x> where <x> is a numerical value. To modify, highlight the existing name and enter a new name that will identify this treatment table.

Buttons

Download Treatment Table - The Download Treatment Table button is used to download the treatment table created to the IMG 2020. Once the treatment table is downloaded to the IMG 2020, it will direct the IMG 2020 to retrieve any audio files needed to play an announcement or treatment. The Download Treatment Table button can also be used to update an existing Treatment Table. If there is an existing treatment table and a second or third treatment table needs to be added, this can be done through the Download Treatment Table button.

Delete All Treatment Elements - The Delete All Treatment Elements button can be used to clean up the configuration. If there are any Treatment Table Elements created under the Treatment Table object that are not linked to be played, the Delete All Treatment Elements button will delete these elements but not delete any Treatment Elements that are linked to objects such as Routing and Service Routing Tables.
