Service Route Table

The Service Route Table pane is used to define the rules for routing a call after a pre-call branding or pre-call announcement has been played. Rules such as Routing Criteria Order and call redirect are configured in this pane. Under the Route Service Route Table, multiple Service Route Table Entries can be created.

Buttons

Download Routing Table - After either creating or modifying a Service Route Element under a Route Table, the Route Table will display an icon with an exclamation point. The exclamation point displayed alerts the user that the Service Route Element created or modified has not been sent down to the IMG 2020. Click on the Download Routing Table button and all the Service Route elements will be downloaded again. After the service route elements have been downloaded, the exclamation point will change back to the icon displaying that the object is successfully configured.

Delete All Route Elements - The Delete All Route Elements button can be used to clean up a configuration. The Delete All Route Elements button will delete all the Service Route Table Elements configured under the Service Route Table object as long as it is not being utilized someplace else.
