Service Route Tables

Service Routing on the IMG 2020 supports Time of Day routing. Examples of Time Of Day Routing are Least Cost Routing and Service Routing. These features give the IMG 2020 the ability to route calls on something like a scheduled maintenance or route calls based on cost. No configuration is needed within the Service Route Tables object. The Service Route Tables object is a parent or container object that allows a user to create multiple Service Time of Day Routing Tables and Service Routing Tables. These tables can route on a variety on rules.
