Description:
Time of Day routing will route calls to different locations depending on a set of parameters set in this pane. See field descriptions below.

Dialogic IMG EMS-> Routing Configuration-> Time of Day Tables-> Time of Day Table -> Time of Day Entry

Up to 5000 entries (See Below)
An IMG will allow up to 66 combined Route Tables, Cause Code Tables, Time Of Day Tables and Service Routing/TOD Tables per Dialogic IMG EMS. The IMG has a max capacity of 100,000 combined entries of the Tables mentioned above. For example: the IMG can support creating 20 Route Tables with each Route Table having 5000 entries.

Field Descriptions:
Entry ID:
This field is automatically populated with next available number and cannot be changed.
Enable:
Select from drop down menu whether to enable or disable the Time of Day entry. When enabled, the calls will be routed to the Route List configured in the 'Route List' field.
True - Time of Day Routing Entry is enabled.
False - Time of Day Routing is disabled.
Route List:
This field is a drop down menu consisting of all the route lists created. Select the route list that will be associated with the Time of Day entry that is being created.
Reoccuring:
What is the schedule of when this Time of Day table will take effect. Select from drop down menu the following choices:
One Time - One time event. The Time of Day routing will start on the Start Date at the Start Time and will be in effect until the End Date at the End Time. See screen capture below showing the fields that need to be changed using the One Time setting.

Every Day - From the screen capture below: The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls everyday between 12:00 PM and 12:59 PM.

Every Week Day - From the screen capture below: The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls every week day (Monday - Friday) between 12:00 PM and 12:59 PM (13:00)

Weekly - From the screen capture below: The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls every Friday between 12:00 PM and 1:59 PM (14:00)

Monthly - From the screen capture below: The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls from 12:00PM till 12:59 PM every 1st day of the Month beginning October 1st, 2008 ending October 1, 2009.

The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls from 12:00PM till 12:59PM on the first Monday of every month starting October 1, 2008 and ending October 1, 2009.

Yearly - The route list 'RouteList - ID:2' will route calls from 12:00PM on October 6, 2008 till 11:59PM on October 10, 2008
Start Date:
The Starting Date for the Route List to take place. Click in this field and a calendar will appear. Select the date from calendar.
Start Time:
The Starting Time for Route List to take place. This field works in conjunction with the Start Date. When you click in the Start Date field, a 24-Hour Clock appears. Use the radio buttons to select the desired time.
End Date:
The Ending Date for the Route List to stop routing calls using Route List in Route List field. Click in this field and a calendar will appear. Select the date from calendar.
End Time:
The Ending Time for Route List to take place. This field works in conjunction with the End Date. When you click in the End Date field, a 24-Hour Clock appears. Use the radio buttons to select the desired time. Use the radio buttons to select the desired time.
Days of the Week:
Which days this table will take effect. When you click on this field, a Day of the Week box appears. You can select multiple days by holding the <crtl> key on the keyboard and selecting multiple days.
Type of Monthly:
nth day of month - This field only applies when the Re-occuring field is set to Monthly. The nth day is selected in the next field titled 'day of the month'. nth day is a number. For example selecting 6 from the 'day of the month field' is selecting the 6th day of the month. See example above.
nth occurrence of the mth day of the month - This field only applies when the Re-occuring field is set to Monthly. The nth occurrence is selected from the 'nth occurrence' field and the mTH day is selected from the 'day type' field. See example above
