Aastra IP Phone Configuration for Connect service

  1. Locate your phone's IP address:

    1. Press the Options hardkey

    2. Scroll to Phone Status and press the Show softkey

    3. Scroll to Network Status and press the Show softkey

    4. Press the IP Addr softkey

    5. The IP address of your phone will be displayed

  2. Put this IP address into the address bar of your web browser

  3. When prompted for login details, enter admin as the username and 22222 as the password

  4. Browse to the "Configuration Server" page ( From the menu on the left side of the page )

  5. Set the following information in the form:

    1. Download Protocol: FTP

    2. FTP Server: ftp.pbxtra.com

    3. FTP User Name: <YOUR SERVER ID>  (e.g. 5001)

    4. FTP Password: [Your FTP password can be retrieved from Fonality Support]

  6. Click on the "Save Settings" button

  7. Click on the "Reset" menu option on the left

  8. Click on the "Restart Phone" button
