Property Manager Troubleshooting v15.0

Getting some events.

  • A way exists to getting some events from Property Manager.

Go to Config menu, and select Log File.

  • The page below is displayed.

 

  • You can make some search and export all data in TXT or CSV format.

 

Wrong credential login in UCP.

If you are not able to login in UCP with your room account, then this issue might come from user manager group.

Indeed, if your extension is already included into another group, you will get a conflict.

For remind: Before to create rooms, they need to not be included into any user manager group.

 

Unable to get invoice when checkout.

Your browser need to show the popup for this URL.

Please ask for a valid directory

This error arrives when you delete and create a new Property Management Directory.
This directory should not be deleted in any case if you use this module.
You can rename it, but no need to delete and recreate one again. Otherwise, you will break the module because the Property Management ID will not be the same.

In this case, you can connect through SSH console and run;

fwconsole pms dir_repair

Select the new directory ID with this cmd line.

fwconsole userman --list

And add the new one like this.

fwconsole pms dir_repair 3

That will update the PMS database and fixe your issue.

However, the risk is to touch groups and users in the userman as well.
Maybe you could go to General / Privilege and submit with nothing to change.
